| The 2014 Ambulance Club subscription forms have been mailed out. For the 2014 Washington Hose Fire Company Ambulance Subscription year the rates are provided below for anyone who wishes to become a member of the Ambulance Club. Please remember that the subscription for 2014 will be active till February 28th, 2015. 2014 Rates: Family = $55.00 Individual = $45.00 Senior Family (62 years +) =$40.00 Senior Individual (62 years +) =$35.00 Business = $100.00 and up depending on the number of employees. If your interested in a business coverage please feel free to contact us at 610-384-6464 and leave contact information for EMS Chief Thornton. If you did not receive a subscription form from us and you wish to be a member of the ambulance club. Please mail us a check along with the subscription choice to Washington Hose Company 376 E Lincoln Highway Coatesville, PA 19320.
