During these unprecedented times communities and small businesses alike are coming together, united, in the fight against the novel Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 which causes the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (aka COVID-19).

Don Avellino, Scott Avellino, Bob Post, and their entire team at Brandywine Branch Distillers, LLC in Elverson, Pennsylvania, are no exception and they have stepped up to the challenge. They pivoted their business from distilling "The Best Gin" and "The Best Bourbon" to distilling when they can make time between producing hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer is in short supply nationwide and is desperately needed on the front lines.

All told there are said to be over 1,600 craft distillers nationwide making hand sanitizer.

Just a couple weeks ago both the TTB and the PLCB sent notices out to distillers with the World Health Organization formula for making hand sanitizer. Their message, Avellino explained, was basically, "We’ll step away and let you fill this void for hand sanitizer that’s desperately needed."

THANK YOU Brandywine Branch Distillers, LLC for so graciously meeting the needs of this moment by donating 10 Gallons of Hand Sanitizer to WHC EMS. True AmeriCANS!!!

We extend a huge THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for their donation that will protect both our EMTs and our patients lives.

Together we will heal our nation!
