For the 2014 Washington Hose Fire Company Ambulance Subscription year the rates are provided below for anyone who wishes to become a member of the Ambulance Club. Please remember that the subscription for 2014 will be active till February 28th, 2015.
2014 Rates:
Family = $55.00 Individual = $45.00 Senior Family (62 years +) =$40.00 Senior Individual (62 years +) =$35.00 Business = $100.00 and up depending on the number of employees. If you did not receive a subscription form from us and you wish to be a member of the ambulance club. Please mail us a check along with the subscription choice to Washington Hose Company 376 E Lincoln Highway Coatesville, PA 19320.
